FAQ

How do I start my G-Block order?

Send our sales team your room length, width, and ceiling height, along with the simulator equipment you plan to use. We will help you select a suitable G-Block enclosure size, screen ratio, projector position, and optional accessories before you place an order.

Can I customize the size of a G-Block enclosure?

Yes. G-Block is a modular enclosure system. Its width, height, and depth can be configured around garages, basements, spare rooms, dedicated golf studios, and other suitable spaces. Final dimensions are confirmed before your order is prepared.

How much room space does a G-Block setup need?

The right room depends on your height, swing, enclosure size, and selected simulator equipment. For many golfers, we recommend:

  • Ceiling height: 2.9 m (9.5 ft) or higher
  • Room width: 3–4.6 m (10–15 ft)
  • Room depth: 4.6–6 m (15–20 ft)

Also allow for swing clearance, screen buffer space, projector placement, launch monitor requirements, lighting, and ceiling obstacles. If you are unsure, send us your measurements for a preliminary fit review.

What makes G-Block different from a fixed-size enclosure?

G-Block is designed for flexibility, durability, and home integration. Its modular format makes it easier to configure for different room sizes, move when your space changes, and replace or upgrade selected components without replacing an entire enclosure.

  • Modular frame design
  • Configurable sizing for different rooms
  • Compatibility with impact screens and simulator components
  • EPP construction designed to help reduce impact noise
  • Expandable setup options for future upgrades
What materials are used in G-Block?

G-Block combines a modular structural system with high-density EPP components and golf impact materials. EPP is lightweight, easier to handle, and designed to absorb impact while helping reduce noise. Actual included materials depend on the G-Block configuration selected for your order.

How long does G-Block assembly take?

Many standard G-Block setups can be assembled by two people in approximately 2–4 hours. Assembly time varies by size, room access, and optional components.

Your order includes assembly guidance and access to online installation videos. Remote technical support is also available if you need assistance during setup.

Do you provide G-Block installation services?

G-Block is designed for self-installation using the supplied guidance. For larger projects, you may work with a qualified local contractor. Installation-partner availability varies by location and should be confirmed with our sales team before purchase.

Which projectors and launch monitors work with G-Block?

G-Block can be configured with many leading overhead or floor-mounted launch monitors, as well as suitable projectors. Compatibility depends on the enclosure dimensions, screen ratio, room depth, projector throw ratio, mounting location, and your selected software. We can help review these factors before you order.

Can I use my own projector or launch monitor?

Yes. Share the model and your room measurements with us before ordering. We can help assess fit with the planned G-Block dimensions and recommend a suitable installation position. Compatibility with third-party equipment is subject to that product's own specifications and requirements.

What is included with a G-Block enclosure?

A G-Block enclosure includes modular components, a golf impact screen, and the installation accessories required for assembly. Side or ceiling protection may be included depending on the package and configuration you select.

Projectors, launch monitors, hitting mats, turf, golf software, and selected accessories may be optional or supplied separately. Please refer to the selected product configuration for the exact included items.

Is G-Block safe for indoor golf?

When correctly planned and installed, G-Block is designed to help create a safer indoor golf environment. Maintain sufficient swing and wall clearance, follow the installation guidance, keep children and pets outside the swing area, and position precision electronics outside ball-strike zones.

How do I maintain G-Block, and can I replace the screen later?

Vacuum turf and the impact-screen area periodically, wipe structural components with a soft cloth, avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, and keep the hitting area clean and dry. Impact screens and other wear components may need replacement over time depending on use. Contact our after-sales team with your order details for a suitable replacement recommendation.

Can I upgrade my G-Block setup later?

In many cases, yes. The modular system can make it easier to consider upgrades such as a larger enclosure, different impact screen, turf, hitting mat, projector, launch monitor, or accessories. Upgrade options depend on your original configuration and room dimensions, so please contact us before purchasing additional components.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically require 1–3 business days of preparation. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days from the date of order, including preparation time. Major holidays, carrier delays, and incomplete or invalid addresses may extend this estimate. Tracking information is sent when your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Can G-Block work in an unusual room layout?

G-Block can be planned for many suitable garages, basements, bonus rooms, attics, multi-purpose rooms, and spaces with beams or sloped ceilings. Send us photos, measurements, and any fixed obstacles so we can help review the available options.
