This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. It applies to eligible GEBBLO golf simulator enclosure products and related components sold directly by GEBBLO.

GEBBLO provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible products sold directly by GEBBLO.

How We Resolve a Claim
After reviewing an approved claim, GEBBLO will determine the most appropriate solution for the case. This may include repair guidance, replacement parts, a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.
If we need an eligible item returned for assessment or resolution, we will email the return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Products Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to products sold directly by GEBBLO. If a separate product warranty is supplied with a specific component, that component's warranty terms may also apply. Where mandatory local law provides greater consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.
Care, Wear & Exclusions
Impact screens, turf, and hitting mats are consumable components. Their usable life depends on ball speed, strike location, club type, installation, and frequency of use.
Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect. Replacement components may be available for purchase. Contact us if you need help sourcing a replacement part or maintaining your setup.
Normal Wear & Cosmetic Changes
Normal scuffing, marks, fading, material wear, or cosmetic changes that do not affect safe and functional product performance are not covered by this limited warranty.
Improper Use & Accidental Damage
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, improper installation, failure to follow setup guidance, accidents, fire, flood, or use with non-recommended third-party equipment is not covered.
Launch Monitors & Electronics
Launch monitors and other precision electronic devices require safe positioning outside ball-strike zones. Impact damage from direct hits, ricochets, or shanks is not covered by this enclosure warranty. Protective covers are strongly recommended.
Unauthorized Modifications
Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repair attempts may void this limited warranty where permitted by applicable law.
Making a Warranty Claim
Contact us with your order number, the delivery date, clear photos or video of the issue, and a brief description of the installation and usage conditions. We aim to provide an initial response within 2 business days.
