Welcome to GEBBLO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://gebblo.com (the "Site"), as well as your purchase and use of products offered by GEBBLO.

The Site is operated by Shanghai Gebao E-Commerce Co., Ltd. ("GEBBLO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products and Product Information

GEBBLO offers home golf simulator enclosure solutions, related components, accessories, and support services.

We work to present product information, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, and images as accurately as possible. However, product images are illustrative, and actual products may vary slightly because of manufacturing updates, material availability, photography, display settings, packaging, or other reasonable product improvements.

We may update product specifications, availability, configurations, prices, or descriptions at any time. Such updates will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction is necessary because of an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Product Configuration and Space Planning

Some GEBBLO products may offer configuration, sizing, or accessory options. Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing your selected options and ensuring they are suitable for your intended setup.

This may include reviewing, where relevant:

  • Room width, depth, and ceiling height
  • Swing clearance and safe installation space
  • Enclosure size and configuration
  • Impact screen, turf, mat, or accessory options
  • Projector placement and throw distance
  • Compatibility with any third-party hardware or software

Any product guidance we provide is general guidance only and does not replace your own site assessment, measurement, installation planning, or professional advice where needed.

4. Room Measurements and Installation Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your room, installation area, and intended use are suitable before purchase and installation.

Please measure your space carefully and ensure that you have sufficient clearance, a safe installation area, and any required permissions or approvals. GEBBLO is not responsible where a product cannot be installed or used as intended because of inaccurate measurements, insufficient space, unsafe conditions, or customer planning errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, GEBBLO products are intended for self-installation or installation by a qualified professional. You are responsible for ensuring that installation is completed safely and in accordance with applicable local requirements.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and payment details are handled as shown at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters fulfillment. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or another legitimate business or legal reason.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not mean that GEBBLO has accepted the order.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order for fulfillment. We may contact you if clarification is needed regarding your product selection, shipping details, or configuration.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, product configuration, or cancel an order, please contact us at info@gebblo.com within 2 business days after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, once preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery, inspection, and shipping-issue procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

For applicable GEBBLO products, estimated delivery is generally 30-45 days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. Delivery timing may be affected by product configuration, carrier schedules, customs processes, weather, port congestion, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported to GEBBLO within 7 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

GEBBLO products do not support returns for personal preference or change of mind.

If you have a return or refund request, contact us at info@gebblo.com before sending any item back. Do not ship products independently. We will review your request and provide next-step guidance within 3 business days.

Where GEBBLO requests the return of an eligible item after confirming shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a manufacturing defect, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Confirmed manufacturing defects are handled under our Warranty Policy. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.

10. Third-Party Products, Hardware, and Software

Certain GEBBLO products may be used with third-party hardware, launch monitors, projectors, software, or golf simulator platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party products and services are not supplied, controlled, or warranted by GEBBLO. Their availability, software updates, subscription requirements, technical performance, compatibility changes, and service interruptions are subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

References to third-party brands or products do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, videos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is owned by GEBBLO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

GEBBLO is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, labor disputes, supply-chain disruption, carrier delays, war, epidemics, power outages, or similar events.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or an order will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and through appropriate dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
