Welcome to GEBBLO Golf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://gebblo.com (the "Site"), as well as your purchase and use of products offered by GEBBLO Golf.

GEBBLO Golf operates the Site ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products and Product Information

GEBBLO Golf offers home golf simulator enclosure solutions, related components, accessories, and support services.

We work to present product information, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, and images as accurately as possible. However, product images are illustrative, and actual products may vary slightly because of manufacturing updates, material availability, photography, display settings, packaging, or other reasonable product improvements.

We may update product specifications, availability, configurations, prices, or descriptions at any time. Such updates will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction is necessary because of an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Product Configuration and Space Planning

Some GEBBLO Golf products may offer configuration, sizing, or accessory options. Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing your selected options and ensuring they are suitable for your intended setup.

This may include reviewing, where relevant:

  • Room width, depth, and ceiling height
  • Swing clearance and safe installation space
  • Enclosure size and configuration
  • Impact screen, turf, mat, or accessory options
  • Projector placement and throw distance
  • Compatibility with any third-party hardware or software

Any product guidance we provide is general guidance only and does not replace your own site assessment, measurement, installation planning, or professional advice where needed.

4. Room Measurements and Installation Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your room, installation area, and intended use are suitable before purchase and installation.

Please measure your space carefully and ensure that you have sufficient clearance, a safe installation area, and any required permissions or approvals. GEBBLO Golf is not responsible where a product cannot be installed or used as intended because of inaccurate measurements, insufficient space, unsafe conditions, or customer planning errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, GEBBLO Golf products are intended for self-installation or installation by a qualified professional. You are responsible for ensuring that installation is completed safely and in accordance with applicable local requirements.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed.

Applicable taxes are included in the product price. Free standard shipping is available for eligible online orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. No shipping charge is added at checkout for eligible orders. For accepted payment methods and additional payment information, please review our Payment Policy.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters fulfillment. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or another legitimate business or legal reason.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not mean that GEBBLO Golf has accepted the order.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order for fulfillment. We may contact you if clarification is needed regarding your product selection, shipping details, or configuration.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, product configuration, or cancel an order, please contact our after-sales team as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, including after shipment. However, once preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible and an approved change may incur an additional fee.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery, inspection, and shipping-issue procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends or holidays, are treated as placed on the next business day for order-handling purposes.

Order handling typically takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit time is typically 4–7 business days, Monday through Friday. Total estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from order, including handling time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Major holidays, carrier delays, and incomplete or invalid addresses may extend the estimate.

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. Tracking information is provided after shipment where available.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Shipping damage or missing parts must be reported to GEBBLO Golf within 14 days of delivery. If you received an incorrect item, model, or size, submit your exchange request within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are accepted only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage. Returns for personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.

Exchange requests may be submitted for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including a customer-selected incorrect size, a different model request, or a change of mind. All exchanges require written approval and replacement inventory availability. For customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for applicable return and replacement shipping costs and any price difference.

All returns and exchanges require prior written authorization and instructions from our after-sales team at support@gebblo.com. Do not ship or bring products to a warehouse independently; items sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed. We will review your request and provide next-step guidance within 2 business days.

For a confirmed manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item, model, or size sent by GEBBLO Golf, we will provide the applicable return label or collection instructions and cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Eligible GEBBLO Golf products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects. Normal wear is not covered. Please review our Warranty Policy for full terms. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.

10. Third-Party Products, Hardware, and Software

Certain GEBBLO Golf products may be used with third-party hardware, launch monitors, projectors, software, or golf simulator platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party products and services are not supplied, controlled, or warranted by GEBBLO Golf. Their availability, software updates, subscription requirements, technical performance, compatibility changes, and service interruptions are subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

References to third-party brands or products do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, videos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is owned by GEBBLO Golf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Misuse, copy, or scrape Site content without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the Site in a manner that disrupts its operation
  • Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or shipping details

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

GEBBLO Golf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to use of the Site, installation or use of a product, compatibility with third-party products, delivery delays, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GEBBLO Golf's total liability relating to a product claim will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Force Majeure

GEBBLO Golf is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, labor disputes, supply-chain disruption, carrier delays, war, epidemics, power outages, or similar events.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

GEBBLO Golf is operated by Shanghai Gebao E-Commerce Co., Ltd., with its registered address at Room C1089, Building 3, No. 1150 Lanfeng Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai 201403, China.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or an order will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and through appropriate dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, or legal obligations.

Any updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
